This privacy notice details how we collect and process your personal data through the use of our website, data submitted via the contact forms on our website, via email and over the phone.
What data we collect about you
We collect information when you visit our website or submit a form via the website. When completing the contact us form you may be asked to enter your name and email address
The information we collect through our contact us forms may be used in the following ways:

- To request a call back for our services
- To enhance our website,
- To send relevant emails or send SMS or phone you
If at any time you wish to be removed from our email list you can click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email or send an email to email@example.com
How we collect your personal data
Any personal information you submit via the website through our contact us form submission is stored in our Encrypted CRM system. We only collect basic personal information such as name, phone number, email address, company name and address, and the type of service you’re looking for.
Our lawful grounds of processing your personal data to send marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests – to grow our business.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we may send you marketing communications if
- You made a purchase
- Asked for more information about our goods or services
- You agreed to received marketing communications and, in each case, not opted out of receiving such communications
If you are a limited company we may send you marketing emails without your consent, however you are able to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions such as purchases or on going contracts and Media Rental agreements etc.
How long we will keep your data
We will retain your information for a range of purposes which will define how long we need to keep such information, below is an example but this is not an exclusive list.
Recorded telephone conversations will be retained for a maximum of 366 days from the date of the call.
Data for the purposes of marketing will be retained for 3 years from the point of last contact with you; this may include, use of our website, opened emails, telephone calls and other responses to our communication with you.
Data for compliance with legal obligations arising from purchases or contracts entered into for example accounting and tax will be retained for 7 years.
If you have made a purchase or entered into a contract we will retain your information indefinitely to support the service we have or are supplying to you.
Unsubscribe and the right to be forgotten
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time following the instructions in the footer of each email. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to unsubscribe from our marketing emails.
By law you have the right to see what data we hold about you and the right to request the removal of this data, please email email@example.com with your request.

Telephone Call Recording
By calling any of our telephone numbers you consent that your call may be recorded or monitored for, but not limited to, training, general customer service functions, order processing, query resolution, reviewing our customer service standards and ensuring we offer you the best service possible.
Both inbound and outbound telephone calls may be recorded which means any personal data given over the phone will be stored securely in audio format by our telephony providers. We will be able to identify your call(s) by the telephone number(s) you used to contact us.
The personal information you provide over the telephone will be entered into our CRM system and you consent to receiving marketing and other information from us. You can of course unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the process outlined above.
Consent and changes
